2 beef patties about 4.5-5 ounces each seasoned with mild green chilies and your favorite taco seasoning
1/2 a cups worth on diced red onion and diced jalapeño
2 slices pepper jack cheese
1/4 – 1/3 cup of your favorite salsa
1/4 – 1/3 cup guacamole 
~HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE ~
Red onion minced
1 avocado cut into chunks like a checkerboard
1/4 tomato cut into chunks
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 a large jalapeño minced
Cilantro minced
1/2 a lime squeezed
Mix well and keep it chunky
