Meatloaf on the Blackstone AirFryer Combo

Meatloaf on a Blackstone griddle? Well, with the AirFryer unit, this can be a thing!

Big Mike came over with some venison (can be made with beef too) to make burgers, but came late, so I made it into a meatloaf!

This recipe came out nice and moist.

1 – 1.25lb venison
1 cup panko
1/2 cup onion (saute)
1/2 cup red pepper (saute)
2 eggs
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon worcheshire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Whiskey Burger Blackstone seasoning

4 pieces of bacon
Blues Hog BBQ sauce
