This is how to make margarita shrimp on the Blackstone griddle. I know some people like to call it tequila lime shrimp but we’ll stick with the margarita shrimp! One of my best blackstone griddle recipes. It was amazing and burning the tequila off gave it a nice sear! This is a great method on how to cook shrimp as well.It was a super easy recipe and the compound butter was key to this recipe. I like to cook the veggies first to get a nice sear on them and then I cook the shrimp about halfway through before combining the veggies and squeezed lime. Let those cook together briefly before adding the tequila and just let that burn off after igniting it. Add the compound butter and allow it to melt and combine with the shrimp and veggies. BANG! That’s how to make margarita shrimp! This can be done griddle or in a pan on the stove, just make sure you have the fan on if you do it on the stove. If you Burn your house down that’s on you not me! Smash that thumbs up for me if you like the video and as always let me know if there’s something you want me to cook. Keep in mind we are giving a griddle away at 3000 subscribers.
