These are really fun to make and even more fun to eat. The sky is really the limit when it comes to what you put inside them! I will say provolone seems to have a perfect melting point for this with the sous vide at 155 degrees. Give them a try, get creative!

Our ingredients:
chicken Breast
Genoa Salami
Mild provolone cheese
Salt, pepper, Dried Oregano
