– Garlic powder
– Onion Powder
– Lemon Pepper Seasoning
-All purpose potatoes peeled and cubed
-Cover with 1 inch cold water, with salt and chicken bullion addded
-simmer until very tender
-drain water and set pot over low heat
-add at least 1 stick of butter and a little light cream or milk
-Mash aggressively with a hand masher
-Add more butter, chicken bouillon powder and cream
-whip with a power mixer
-Keep adding cream and butter while whipping until they are light, fluffy and very smooth
-Last add pepper just until you can see it in the potatoes. If you can’t see it add more. If you can than you have added enough.
