Ya’ll, this was likely the best Blackstone breakfast cook I’ve ever made and had! The crispness of the hashbrown casserole cake, then the creamy gravy, smokey bacon, and on and on! Dang it boy! It was amazing!
Here’s the ingredients:
1 package (32oz I think) frozen shreaded hashbrowns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 10 1/4oz can cream of chicken soup (can use cream of celery, mushroom, etc)
1/4 – 1/2 cup grated onion
2 cups grated cheese (I used cheddar blend and Mexican cheese blend)
1 teaspoon Lowry seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Taste this mixture and adjust seasoning.
Form these into patties and place on oiled Blackstone (can use cast iron skillet too).
1 tablespoon fat
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup of milk
To double, just double the above.
