HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE STEAK TACOS ON THE 36” BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE

This is how I made 1 pound of steak for steak tacos on the Blackstone griddle. Quick and easy recipe and the jalapeño sauce was amazing!!!
1lb cubed up sirloin steak- seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil,
1 medium onion diced up
1/2 cup cilantro
Corn/ flour tortillas

Creamy jalapeño sauce
Two large cloves of garlic
six jalapeños for about half of a pound
1/4 of a large yellow onion
1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
Half cup corn oil or whatever oil you prefer
Boil jalapeños and onions for 15 minutes in a covered pot
Mix everything together and blend until it is to your desired consistency
