Egg wrapped cheeseburger ( cooked on the blackstone griddle ) Malaysian style cheese burger

I cooked a couple of egg wrapped cheese burgers. They’re kind of Malaysian style but not really. I just did them the way I thought would go well together.

For the pickling brine:
2 Cups of water
2 Cups of apple cider vin (any vinegar is fine)
1/2 Cup sugar
2 Tbls Kosher salt
1 Tbl Black pepper corns
Bring solution to a boil then reduce heat to med low for ten min.
Then pour the brine over 5 sliced jalapenos and one thin sliced onion.
Chill for two hrs.

Sambal Mayo:
4 Tbls mayonaise
2 Tbls Sambal sauce
Juice of one lime
2 Garlic cloves minced or put through a garlic press
Mix and chill

Seasoning flour for fried straw onions:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tbl garlic powder
1 Tbl onion powder
1 Tbl mustard powder
Black pepper to taste

Soak onions in cream, milk, or half and half for a minimum of 30 min.
Dredge onions in flour mixture.
Fry onions in vegetable oil at 365 degrees until golden brown.
