Easy Beef Bulgogi on the Blackstone Griddle

This easy make at home beef bulgogi is a great recipe that can me made in no time. The marinade is really the hardest part. The Blackstone griddle makes this really simple.

1-2 lbs ribeye or NY strip (can use flank)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic and sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar (I forgot to show this)
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1-2 green onions
Dash of salt and pepper
Dash of fish oil
For heat add red pepper flake or gochujang
