This is how to make pork and chorizo tacos on the blackstone griddle. These came out great and these tacos are a staple in my household! One of the easiest taco recipes and a nice easy blackstone griddle tacos recipe to cook for a lot of people. Get the pork cooked to about 50% then cook your chorizo, you can just add it to the pork or cook it separately. I like to let them cook together for a couple mins to get all the flavors mixed together. Then warm up some tortillas and build those tacos! Simple and delicious taco recipe. I mean, who doesn’t love a good al pastor taco, right?
1lb pork chorizo
2lbs pork, the kind I had was seasoned but I normally use plain pork and season with the chorizo
1 cup yellow onion minced
1 cup chopped cilantro
Lime wedges I had 4 limes worth
Cheese and salsa optional, I used a homemade Diablo salsa
