CHICKEN AND CABBAGE STIR FRY | KETO FRIENDLY | LOW CARB | BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE RECIPES

This is how to make chicken and cabbage stir fry on the blackstone griddle. Simple and easy keto friendly recipe that cooks up very fast. There’s a lot of veggie options to substitute what I used. The keto stir fry sauce I used was great and I recommend trying that! Start off with frying up the veggies and add the cabbage after the veggies get a nice sear. You can throw the chicken on the same time as the veggies just don’t over cook it. When the cabbage is just about done I add the chicken then the sauce. Warm it up for a minute and serve it up hot.

1 cup thin sliced carrots
1 cup orange bell pepper
1-1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup whites from scallions
2 cups broccoli
4 cups of thin sliced white cabbage
1/3 cup greens from scallions
1 lb sliced chicken
~STIR FRY SAUCE~
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1-1/2 tsp Crushed black pepper
