We got a camp chef portable griddle to check out. We unboxed it and gave it a thorough once over. The build quality is high, material quality high and it’s very well engineered. The pre-seasoning was great! From a heat perspective, it doesn’t get quite as hot as the blackstone. It hits about 500 degrees where as the blackstone hits about 600.
