Nothing better than biscuits and sausage gravy, except on the Blackstone cooking outside! Biscuits on the Blackstone is becoming a favorite around here. So easy and they come out great. Just keep the heat low around 275°.
Biscuits – Note I spray the sheet pan with some oil spray. Lay on the pan and place in the fridge overnight to thaw before. It’s the rise!
Used frozen Pillsbury Buttermilk Southern Biscuits
2-4 cups milk
2-4 tablespoons flour
1/2 lb sausage
1 tablespoon butter (depends on how much fat your sausage renders)
1 teaspoon salt (adjust for your taste)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
