Many have asked about my new setup and how I completed it. Some have recommended a video and so here it is. So far I really have enjoyed this new unit. It cooks great (seems hotter than OG) and the air fryer does a great job so far too. I added the stainless tables for great work and storage space. I now do not miss the surround table and don’t have to worry about the items getting hot.
I’ve been trying to cut carbs here and there. Not a full keto diet or low carb, but just trying to cut the carbs. I used iceburg lettuce here as the bun, but the burger was packed with flavor from the Blackstone Whiskey seasoning and other ingredients too. Try this if you’re cutting carbs and if not, replace the lettuce with your favorite bun. Cheesy Asparagus on the Blackstone Griddle
This easy side dish will be a crowd pleaser. Asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables. Add bacon, garlic, and cheese to that, it’s even better!
Make this to accompany your main dish, or eat it on its own.
Ingredients
Bunch or more asparagus
2-3 strips of bacon cut into cubes
2 cloves garlic
Shallots/Red onion – 1/4 cup
2 tablespoons white wine
Water for steaming
Salt
Pepper
