Coffee & Chili Rubbed NY Strips on the Blackstone Griddle
Really have to give it to my buddy Joe on this one. Actually think it was his wife and was wanting to take credit. He’s slack like that with some ashy skin too.
If you’re looking for something different for steaks, then this is a must try! Throw these on the Blackstone or the grill, and you’ll be sure to please your crowd.
1.5 teaspoon ancho chili powder
1.5 teaspoons ground coffee (I used a fine ground Honduras coffee, can do espresso)
3/4 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake (can do some cayenne too if you want)
1/2 teaspoon gun powder (see Amazon store to get some)
1/4 stick butter for butter bath
Bacon, Burger, and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms on the Blackstone Griddle
This is a low carb dish that really brings big flavor! I mean, it has beef, bacon, and cheese! What’s not to like, right? Good groceries for sure!
Here’s the ingredients:
1lb 80/20 ground chuck
3-4 slices of bacon, cubed
1/4 cup onions
1/4 cup bell peppers
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup colby jack cheese
1/2 stick of cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cauliflower and Bacon Stir Fry
If you’re doing a keto or low carb diet, this is a great recipe for a side dish or a meal. Cauliflower and bacon stir fry is flavorful and filling.
1 head of cauliflower broken down into manageable florets.
3-4 strips of bacon cut into cubes.
2 cloves garlic
Water for steaming
