A quick recipe with explosive results! These poppers are spicy, cheesy and ohhh soo good!! This couldn’t be easier. 3 ingredients and follow the steps in the video. This makes for great tailgating food.
1 bag shredded mexican cheese blend
½ pound of cooked bacon – crumbled
½ pound of american cheese slices
Core the peppers using a small knife or the tip of a vegetable peeler. Dice the american cheese into pieces small enough to fit in the pepper. Stuff the pepper, alternating between the cheese/bacon blend and the american pieces.
Cook over high heat rolling often until pepper is slightly charred, soft and cheese begins to melt.
