Nate had an idea,, Butcher a rib roast so it lies flat on the griddle and is thin enough to cook. This allows you to griddle 1 hunk of beef and feed a small crowd.
We tried it and the results were GREAT! This is a Prime Rib roast seared crusty on the outside and warm and rare on the inside. We would definitely do this again! The corn salad was amazing. A perfect side for a summer cookout/BBQ!
