The plan was to cook up 4 Boneless Chuck Eye steaks. Turns out I grabbed a pack of boneless short ribs instead. Oh well! Chris and I cooked them up and compared them. Jose, my local butcher tells me the boneless chuck eye is known as the poor mans rib eye. I would agree, it has a similar flavor and texture. Chris liked the short rib better. In the end both were good and we would do them again!
Seasoning was Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt.
